  2. Save energy, save money

Save energy and save money

Whether you are looking to save a couple bucks to download the latest iTunes song or you are saving up for a weekend trip with friends, saving energy can allow you to use your money for more than just the things you need.

As a member of your not-for-profit electric cooperative, you have access to information that can help you save energy. Through our energy efficiency program, Take Control & Save, you can learn how to save energy on lighting, heating and cooling, appliances and even how to banish energy phantoms! And some of these options come at the best available price, free!

About Us

Even though your electric cooperative is locally owned and committed to your local community, we are part of something bigger too. We are a network of 51 distribution cooperatives in Missouri, southern Iowa and northeastern Oklahoma, serving 910,000 member homes, farms and businesses. We receive power generation through six regional Generation and Transmission (G&T) cooperatives and one collective G&T, Associated Electric Cooperative.
